Firstly add crumble paneer into a pan

Now add milk powder and mix well.

And mixture start to thickness.

Further add cardamom powder combine well.

Mix till the mixture starts to separate the pan and forms a lump.

Transfer the mixture to the ghee greased plate.

Level it up and set to a block making an inch thick.

Now Garnish with chopped almond and press lightly.

Keep cool down for 30 minutes.

After that cut in square pieces.

Finally instant kalakand is ready to serve.
