Mix all well and knead with water to soft dough. Put dough in sev machine with chakri mould. Put oil in a wok and keep on flame, use tart moulds, swirl chakri in swirl in the tart mould when 4 done put in hot oil with mould on, splash oil on each chakri when it's creamish brown turn the mould and remove it, let chakri katori be done on the other side. Like wise remove other moulds, remove katoris when they are golden brown in colour...

Strain them on colander, and do same for the rest till all dough is over. Let it cool down
Put chaat filling in each katori and serve with tamarind and hot chutneys
