First of all crumble paneer and Mawa,add refined flour (maida)into it.mess it 10 to 15 minutes.

For stuffing - cut the dry fruits into small pieces and add food colour,cardamom powder in it.

After than make small balls and fill stuffing in it.take a pan,add sugar and half litre water to prepare sugar syrup.

Prepare sugar syrup until it becomes less thicker.add the cardamom powder in it and keep aside.

Take another pan,pour Desi ghee in it and heat it Lukewarm,then deep fry the gulab jamun balls till it become brownish in colour.

Then put the brownish balls in warm sugar syrup.keep the gulab jamun for one hour in the pan and after then your gulab jamun will be ready to serve.💐👌
