Ingredients

  1. 1 kgall purpose flour (maida)
  2. 1 glassoil
  3. 1 1/4 glasswarm water
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. to taste whole black pepper
  7. as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients (except oil for frying) and make a fine dough.

  2. 2

    Divide the dough in small parts.

  3. 3

    Take 1 part and flatten it. Now fold it to make a triangle and again flatten it. Pierce 1 black pepper in mid and fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
