Ingredients

4 people
  • 2large leeks
  • 1large cabbage
  • 1ring of chorizo
  • 2apples
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1 tspcumin
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely slice the leeks, cabbage and apples

    Chop the chorizo and garlic. Soften in a hot pan to release the oils from the chorizo and garlic.

    Add the apple, leeks, cabbage, cumin and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 15mins on a high heat.

    Serve and enjoy. So yummy and simple.
