Separate egg whites from yolk and beat until ribbon stage

Add sugar n beat till they double in bulk.

Add the yolks and essence n continue beating

Fold in flour very carefully bit by bit in one direction.the mixing should not be overdone so u don't lose the air.

Pour in a greased tin.

Bake for 35-40 mins at 180degrees. Until a skewer inserted comes out clean

Cool in a wire rack

Boil water,sugar n vanilla essence to form a sugar syrup for soaking the cake

Beat 2 cups whipping cream until stiff peak n refrigerate as u prepare your cake

Divide your cake into two equal halves n place the bottom one on a cake board with a spook of cream.

Soak the cake with sugar syrup,Put a bit of whipped cream on top of the bottom half n spread.Cut strawberries n place on.

Place the other half on top.

Apply whipping cream on the top n sides n smoothen

Sprinkle white chocolate on the sides. Pipe your desired flowers n add cherries or strawberries.
