Boiled yam with egg sauce
Monday lunch for school.
Steps

Put water on fire

Peel,wash and cut yam into round pieces. Wash properly, put in boiling water on fire,add salt and allow to cook. Drop and pour out the water when yam is cooked(soft on touch)

Put oil on fire, when hot pour in onions, Tomatoes and pepper and allow to fry for 5-10mins (depending on the quantity).

Add seasoning and salt

Break the egg, whisk(optional) and pour in the mixture on fire.

Reduce ur heat and allow allow to cook for 3-5mins.

Serve the meal.
