Strain it.

Now add sugar to beetroot water and make 1 string syrup.

Add kewra essence to it.

Now roast khoya in another wok.

Add dessicated coconut into it.

Now add beetroot syrup into it.

Stir continuously till it become thick.

Now pour this to greased plate

Add almonds over barfi and cool it.

Now cut into pieces and serve.
