Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBesan (coarsely grinded)
  2. 300 gramPowder sugar
  3. 1/4 cupMilk
  4. 2 tspCardamom powder
  5. 250 gramGhee
  6. 1/2 cupCashews (roasted chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan and add besan flour.

    On medium flame keep stirring and roast until besan turns golden brown and aromat.Switch off the gas.

    Place the mixture in a big plate and immediately pour warm milk on it(because when ladoos are done it's texture is very good and it doesn't stick while eating)

    Cool it complitly.

    Add powder sugar, cardamom powder,cashews.

    Mix the mixture very well.

  7. 7

    Take a small portion and roll to balls.

  8. 8

    Besan Ladoo are ready!!
