Indian festivals are incomplete without traditional sweets and desserts. One more all time favourite laddu is in the row i.e. besan laddu .. flavourful .. with long shelf life . Do try for sure.
Steps

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan, add besan and saute'till golden brown in colour and start giving nice aroma

Besan or chana dal flour will become very light in texture
- 3
Switch off the heat and let the mixture cool for some time
- 4
When the mixture is still little warm, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits
- 5
Mix well everything and prepare laddus or small balls of your required size
- 6
Let all the laddus cool completely and then store in air tight container
- 7
Serve anytime and enjoy endlessly with family and friends, delicious besan ke laddu
