Ingredients

45 minutes
  1. 1 kgRoasted dagdi poha
  2. 1/2 cupPeanut
  3. 1/2 cupDry coconut (chopped sliced)
  4. 1/2 cupRoasted chana
  5. 2 cupDry onion
  6. 1/2 cupCurry leaves
  7. 10Green chilli
  8. 1 TbspCumin seeds
  9. 2 TbspMustard seeds
  10. 1 TbspChilli powder
  11. 1 TbspTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tspHing
  13. 2 TbspChiwda masala
  14. 2 cupOil
  15. Salt as per taste

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind curry leaves,green chillies,cumin seeds into coarse texture.

  2. 2

    Deep fry penuts,dry coconut,roasted chaan,dry onion separately with the help of seive.

  3. 3

    Take big flat plate or bowl and add roasted dagadi poha in it.

  4. 4

    Pour all fried things one by one in it.

  5. 5

    In a same oil add hing,curry leaves(10),mustard seeds and let it cool for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Then add grinded masala,chilli powder, turmeric powder,chiwda masala in it.

  7. 7

    Again pour this masala mixture in dagdi poha plate and add salt in it.

  8. 8

    Mix it properly.

  9. 9

    Store in airtight container.
