Steps

Grind curry leaves,green chillies,cumin seeds into coarse texture.

Deep fry penuts,dry coconut,roasted chaan,dry onion separately with the help of seive.

Take big flat plate or bowl and add roasted dagadi poha in it.

Pour all fried things one by one in it.

In a same oil add hing,curry leaves(10),mustard seeds and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Then add grinded masala,chilli powder, turmeric powder,chiwda masala in it.

Again pour this masala mixture in dagdi poha plate and add salt in it.

Mix it properly.

Store in airtight container.
