In a kadhai, add refined oil and wait till it gets hot. Then add sliced paneer pieces for deep dry till it gets light brown.

Take a bowl add water in it, then take out paneer pieces from kadhai and add them in the bowl.

Take out extra oil from kadhai and wait till the oil gets heat. Add grinned onion and green chilies, ginger paste and degi mirch wait till the onion gets light brown. Now add tomato puree in it and still the mixture for 2-3 mins on low flame.

Add garam masala, fennel powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt then stir it for 2-3 mins

Add butter and honey, mix it, now add 4 cups of water and keep it till it boils.

Add paneer pieces and keep it on flame for 1 min.

Add fresh cream and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve the delicious recepie with roti or nan
