First take a bowl put refined flour with adding salt &water And oil mix well knead it then make a roti type tight dough make balls cover with the moist towel and keep aside for half an hour

At that time gap take boiled potato remove the cover and pieces now add oil in the pan add jeera when cracking add tomato pieces add termaric powder add red chilli powder mix well next add potatoes mix add jeera dhania powder mix add keep stirring now add salt add required water cover with the lid when gravy is thickened add to the plate

Now making paratha - remove the cover of the dough mix again now roll it now add ghee upon the paratha dough next again spread refined flour upon the dough cut in corner place of the paratha dough roll it like conical shape now fold the dough with oil moist hand in upper portion of the dough and cut in lower portion adding with ghee keep aside again for ten minutes

Now add enough oil in the pan on the oven when boiled the oil put paratha dough carefully with adding hot oil of the dough all sides when done add the bowl crip

Crispy paratha is ready
