Steps

Make a paste using 6tbsp of flour and 1 cup of cold water.

Bring to boil 3 cups of water and slowly add paste to the boiling water and keep stirring.

Simmer for 15 minutes under moderate heat and add water or paste to get to the required thickness.

Add milk and sugar to taste (optional).
- 5
Serve in your favourite porridge mug or calabash hot or warm as required.
