Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1 cupfried gram
  3. 1/4 cupurad dal
  4. as neededoil for frying
  5. to tastecumin
  6. to tastecarom seeds
  7. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the rice and shade dry it for 3-4 hours

  2. 2

    Dry rost the rice and urad dal in medium flame

  3. 3

    Mix fried rice,urad dal and fried gram make fine powder of it

    Heat 4 table spoon of oil add it to powder. add salt to taste 1table spoon jeers and ajwain mix with water to make dough.

  5. 5

    Make circular chakkuli using chakkuli mould and deep fry in oil.

    Enjoy chakkuli with cup of tea
