Cream sugar and egg whites and condensed milk

Mix dry ingredients

Gently fold in egg white to dry ingredients

Add milk and egg yolk and whisk well until smooth and lump free.

Smear some butter on a non stick pan for the flavor and fry pancakes on both sides until a beautiful golden brown top is achieved.

You can eat it plain or add your favorite topping.
