Ingredients

  • 500 gflour
  • 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • Vanilla essence - 2 table spoons
  • Lemon juice - 3 table spoons
  • 300 mloil
  • add the oil in your eggs and sugar
  • 350 gsugar
  • 8eggs

Steps

    Put all your dry ingredients in a bowl
    Mix lemon juice, vanilla essence, oil and eggs then pour the mixture in your dry ingredients
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry
