Peel and cut the lauki and potato in dices,

Heat the oil in cooker on medium flame

Add panch phoran masala in oil let them crackle, then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, let them cook then add grated tomato, salt and all dry spices

Cook this mixture till oil get separated from masala,

Now add cut louki and potato and 1/2 cup water, mix well cover the lid and take 2 whistle on medium flame
- 6
After cooling add garam masala cook for another 1 minute granish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
