Ingredients

20 miniute
  • 200 gmAmbar chopped
  • 1 cupMistress oil
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tspGarlic crushed
  • 4 TspCoriander powder
  • 2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspRai powder roasted
  • 1/2 tspMethi powder roasted
  • 1 tspOnion seeds roasted

Steps

20 miniute
  1. 1

    Washed,wipe & chopped Ambar keep it in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all masala in this bowl.

  3. 3

    Add salt,oil,garlic,mix it very well.

  4. 4

    Add oil mix it.

  5. 5

    Put it in a jar,& keep 3,4 days in sun light.

  6. 6

    Now Ambar ka Achar is ready to eat.
