Ingredients

  • Fresh titus fish
  • Tomatoes
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Knorr
  • Salt
  • Palm oil and vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    After washing the fish, cut and season it with salt

  2. 2

    Blend the vegetables

  3. 3

    Add the grinded vegetables in a pot and boil a bit

  4. 4

    Add palm oil and vegetable oil

  5. 5

    Add fish and seasoning

  6. 6

    Cover the pot for the fish to cook

  7. 7

    Put the stew down when the fish is cooked and the stew is thick to choice
