  • Jumbo prawns
  • Tomatoe puree
  • Fresh pepper
  • Onions
  • Veg oil
  • Peeled Irish potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Lettuce
  • Cabbage

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and de-vein prawns

  2. 2

    Season and fry quickly for 2 mins

  3. 3

    Make tomatoe sauce with puree pepper and onions and add the prawns.

  4. 4

    Cook on low heat for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Fry chips

  6. 6

    Serve with the side salad
