Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour for dough
  2. 2 tablespoonrava for dough
  3. 2 pinchbaking soda for dough
  4. 2 tablespoonghee (for dough)
  5. as neededghee for fry
  6. as neededmilk or water for dough
  7. 3 tablespoonmelted ghee for making churma
  8. 1/4 cuppowder sugar
  9. 1 tspcardamom powder
  10. 1 tablespoondessicated coconut
  11. 2 tablespoonchopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add all ingredients of dough and make a hard dough with required water or milk. cover the dough with lid and set aside for 10 minutes. after it divided into 4 equal portion and make round shaped ball from it.and flat it with the help of palms.

  2. 2

    Take a pan and heat ghee than deep fry raw baati in it in medium flam until light brown and crispy from out side.

  3. 3

    Break baatis into small pieces and place tham in mixer grinder jar. and Make a smooth powder. than add sugar and melted ghee, cardamom powder dessicated coconut and garnish with dry fruits. churma is ready. enjoy it with dal.
