Steps

Take a bowl and add all ingredients of dough and make a hard dough with required water or milk. cover the dough with lid and set aside for 10 minutes. after it divided into 4 equal portion and make round shaped ball from it.and flat it with the help of palms.

Take a pan and heat ghee than deep fry raw baati in it in medium flam until light brown and crispy from out side.

Break baatis into small pieces and place tham in mixer grinder jar. and Make a smooth powder. than add sugar and melted ghee, cardamom powder dessicated coconut and garnish with dry fruits. churma is ready. enjoy it with dal.
