Steps

Firstly, in a boiling water add noodles cook 10 to 15 min. Strain the noodles under the running water and place in cold water and drain it keep aside.

Heat a large kadai with some oil and sauté onion, cabbage, carrot and capsicum but do not over cook as the vegetables will loose the crunchiness.

Also add salt, soy sauce, vinegar and if you want you can add chilli sauce and mix well.

Now add the cooked noodles and do not over mix as the noodles will break.
noodles ready for serve
