In a pan take besan add hot milk and ghee 2 tsp mix it now onthor pan add ghee and hot then add mixer of besan stur it slow flame tillits colour change like golden and smell comes out then cool it in other pan add sugar and water stur it and makesuger ceremalazed about 2 and half strang depends on weather in winter it's 2 strang and summer for 3 srang

After ceremalazed add mixer of besan and ghee mix it well add elayachy powder and half dryfruits transfer in to plate press and equal leval of surfece Add Dryfruits on uper leval press them slow ly cool after some timesmake Pisces
