50 gmsemolina
150 gmrefined oil for moin
To tasteSalt as your taste
1 tspCarom seeds (ajwain)
as neededWater

Mix all ingredients and make a soft dongue
2

Make chapati and cut moon shape mathri with any cup or any cutter
3

Take a pan add oil on high flame and make mathri medium flame till golden
4

Mathri is ready,serve it cool and put it into air tight jar for store
