For batter.take a mixing bowl. Add rice powder,maida,suji, 1 tbl spoon sugar,milk. Make a dosa like batter.rest it for 15 mins.

For stuffing. Heat a pan add Coconut and sugar stir untill the sugar dissolve. Now add milk and khoya. Stir till the mixture become tight.

Heat a pan. Brush a little bit of oil now add the batter spread evenly. Add the coconut stuffing middle of the batter. Roll it like omlet. Brush ghee in both side. Patisapta is ready
