Malpua with rabari

For malpua put the milk to boil. Boil it until it become half of the quantity. Now let it cool down.

When it is cool add maida in it mix it properly. Put this better for half an hour. Now fry it in ghee by adding one table spoon batter one by one in heated ghee. Malpua are ready.

Now make a sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in the pan and blow on the medium flam and add ilychi powder to it.

Now put all malpua in it. And after few minutes take them out.

For rabari put the milk to boil and add bread crumbs, milk powder to it and when the milk become half add ilychi powder, and sugar to it. Rabari is ready.

Now serve malpua with rabari.
