Ingredients

  • 1-2 cupfinely chopped spinach
  • 3 tbspCornflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle cornflour on chopped spinach. Also add salt and red chilli powder

    Deep fry in hot oil till crisp. Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot with sprinkle of chat masala
