Steps

Take Red wheat flour in a bowl and add 50 gm Ghee.

Heat 1 glass water in a Karahi and put gud (Jaggery) in karahi. Stir continuously till gud melt with water.

Now add melted jaggery into the wheat flour and knead it well. Mix small pieces of Coconut, Kishmish and saunf.

Make dough from kneaded flour and keep the same on wooden mould of Thekua. Press from finger and give desired shape.

Now deep fry the same in karahi till it becomes brown.

Now take it out from karahi. Thekua is ready.

We prepare this item for famous festival of Bihar-Jharkhand "CHHATH", festival of Sun.
