Mix brown sugar, margarine, vanilla, and egg in large bowl.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Shape dough into rectangle 10 x 13 inches.

Wrap and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.

Heat oven to 375.

Cut rectangles into 1/8 inch slices (I cut a little thicker, about 1/4 inch).

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet.
