Winter Special Makki ki Roti Sarso ka Saag

Wash spinach,sarso leaves and Baathu. Now put these three in cooker.Add salt and green chillies.

After a whistle, low the flame for 45 minutes.

Strain extra water and then Add 2 tbs of makki ka aata in the cooker and grind it.

Heat Desi Ghee or Refined oil in a pan.Add pieces of Ginger,garlic,onion and tomato.Stir it well.

Roast them until the mixture colour turned into light brown.Add the grinned mixture of sarso in the pan.

Keep it up at medium flame for 5 minutes. Sarso Ka Saag is ready to eat.

Makki Ki Roti Steps:

Take a bowl, add makki ka aata with salt and leaves of methi. Add lukewarm water to make dough.

Keep it still for 3-5 minutes and cover it with wet cloth.

Now dough is ready to make Roti.
