Plantain porridge
My favourite food love it so much.
Steps

Peel your plantain, wash and cut into tiny cubes chunks. Put in a pot add your desired water. Put on fire add your onions, crayfish and goat meat already cooked or fish, pepper salt and maggi allow to cook and add your oil. Stir to have that sticky porridge and if plantain is soft then add your curry and scent leaf and bring down and serve. You can use any leaf of your choice
