1/2 bowlmilk

1/2 tbspgaram masala
1/4red chilli powder
To tastesalt

Sweet corn (boiled)

Steps

Take Suji in a bowl and add curd, milk, spices and all vegetables and mix well and allow it to rest for 20 min.

Add eno in batter and stir it immediately

Take appe pan and add small amount of oil in each cavity.

With a big spoon, add batter in each cavity and cook it on both sides and take out in a plate

Serve hot with tea
