Ingredients

  • 2big potatoes peeled & chopped into cubes
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspjeera
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1tomato chopped
  • leavesSome coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil. Add jeera saute it

  2. 2

    Now wash potatoes. Green chilli add heat oil.

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame.

  4. 4

    When potato soft add salt. And turmeric powder and add chopped tomato and again cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Now jeera aloo is ready.
