I previously made samosas from scratch.. For this recipe I used store bought wraps..

In a sause pan, add all the ingredients except the samosa wraps. Add water then boil for about 10-15 minutes.

After 10-15 minutes or so, turn off the heat, drain all the liquid then allow to cool.

When veggie filling has cooled, make your samosa pockets

Fill the samosa pockets with the prepared filling and seal using water or flour paste made from 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 2 tbsp water.

Over medium heat, put enough oil in a frying pan and fry the samosas until they get a nice golden color. Remove from oil and drain

Serve and enjoy with some lime/chutney and a cold drink😋
