Ingredients

  • 1 bunchmeethi bhaji
  • 1 inchadrak
  • 4-5lehsun
  • 1 tbspajwain
  • 1 tbspkalounji
  • 1 tbspkala namak
  • 1Hari mirch
  • 1/2 tspBhuna jerra
  • 1/2 tspsauff
  • 4 tbspbesan
  • 1 pinchHaldi
  • 3 cupWheat flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying the poori

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the leaves and boiled them for 2 minutes in 1/2 cup of water

  2. 2

    Grind the leaves with added all the spices and make a paste

  3. 3

    In wheat flour add besan and paste make a soft dough as required water

  4. 4

    Make the poori and deep fry them.. Ready serve it with pickle or sabzi
