Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchmeethi bhaji
  2. 1 inchadrak
  3. 4-5lehsun
  4. 1 tbspajwain
  5. 1 tbspkalounji
  6. 1 tbspkala namak
  7. 1Hari mirch
  8. 1/2 tspBhuna jerra
  9. 1/2 tspsauff
  10. 4 tbspbesan
  11. 1 pinchHaldi
  12. 3 cupWheat flour
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Oil for frying the poori

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the leaves and boiled them for 2 minutes in 1/2 cup of water

  2. 2

    Grind the leaves with added all the spices and make a paste

  3. 3

    In wheat flour add besan and paste make a soft dough as required water

  4. 4

    Make the poori and deep fry them.. Ready serve it with pickle or sabzi
