Ingredients

  • 4 big size apple
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 4 tsp ghee
  • 2-3 strandsKesar
  • as neededOrange food colour

    Grate and roast the apple till it becomes dry,add milk,sugar and ghee and roast well

  2. 2

    It seperates the pan add Kesar,roasted dry fruits,and food colour

  3. 3

    Serve hot and delicious halwa
