Cook rice and keep it for cooling. leftover rice tastes good.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard and jeera. after mustard start popping add chopped green chilli and groundnut seeds. saute when groundnut seeds are half done add chanadal, urad dal and curry leaves. add sliced onions when dal turns golden colour.

After onion become transparent add salt and turmeric saute. add lemon juice and grated coconut. saute add rice and chopped coriander leaf mix keep it on low flame for 2 minutes.

Enjoy lemon rice. curd rice is famous combination for lemon rice.
