Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 cupall purpose flour or wheat flour
  2. 5 table spoonghee
  3. 1/2 table spoonsalt
  4. 2 cupchopped mix fruits
  5. 2boiled potato
  6. as neededsome chopped dry fruits
  7. 2chopped green chilli
  8. 1 table spooncoriander powder
  9. 1 table spoonfennel seeds powder
  10. 1/2 table spoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/4 table spoonturmeric powder
  12. 1/4 table spooncumin seeds
  13. 1/2 tablespoonanar dana/ pomegranate seeds
  14. 1/2 tablespoonoil for frying filling
  15. 1 tablespoonginger paste
  16. for garnish:-
  17. 1/2 cupyoghurt
  18. 1 pinchsalt
  19. 4 tablespoongreen chutney
  20. 6 tablespoontamarind chutney
  21. 1 tablespoonchaat masala
  22. 2chopped onion
  23. as neededsome chopped mix fruits
  24. as needednamkeen
  25. as neededChopped coriander leaves
  26. 1chopped green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all purpose flour, ghee, water, salt in a large bowl and make dough. and cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes.

    Take a bowl and mash potato.

  3. 3

    Now take a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger paste, than mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,salt, fennel power, mix chopped fruits, roasted dry fruits, chopped coriander leaves,anar dana, and saute well for 5 minutes. filling is ready.

    Make small balls of the dough and roll them in small size like puri. add a tablespoon of filling and fold well. roll the puri again.

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a deep frying pan. fry the all prepared puri till brown and crispy. now transfer it in a serving plate and make a small hole in center.

  6. 6

    Garnish with curd, salt, chopped fruits, tarmarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, and namkeen at last chopped coriander leaves. and eat it.
