Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. Fresh tomatoes
  3. Pepper
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. Onion
  6. Ugu leave
  7. Salt and seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all vegetable and slice

  2. 2

    Season and boil your chicken

  3. 3

    Add vegetable oil to a pot, allow to heat, add sliced tomatoes,onoin and pepper allow to cook

  4. 4

    When dry, add your cooked chicken and ugu leave, stir and put off heat. Do not over cook so the ugu retains it's nutrients
