Steps

Put bag of yeast in warm water to dissolve. Water cannot be too hot or it will kill the yeast. Mix in salt.

Mix water concoction with flour.

When mixed put oil and knead with your hands

Put some extra flour around the dough and place into a bowl. Cover with wrap. Leave dough for 1.5 hours in closed oven with the light on.

Portion pizzas and let rest for another 30 minutes.

Cook at 250°C (482°F) for 8 minutes
