Ingredients

  • 4Tart Apples
  • 1 TbspCinnamon
  • 3/4-1 cupbrowned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspvanilla
  • 1/2chigger rum
  • Filo
  • Melted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all except melted butter and filo

  2. 2

    Put together ~ 4 layers of filo with melted butter in between layers.

  3. 3

    Put apple mixture on fill and roll up.

  4. 4

    Slide onto baking sheet

  5. 5

    Brush surface with melted butter and bake at 400 for 30 minutes
