1 cupRawa
2onion finely chopped
2green chilli chopped
1/2 cupgrated coconut
1carrot grated
radish grated (optional)
coriander leaves chopped handfull
5-6curry leaves chopped
to tastesalt
as neededoil and ghee

Soak rawa in water for 10 min

Add all ingredients except oil.

Mix well.

Put oil on tawa and spread mix on tawa by hand. if using nonstick tawa don't put oil on tawa.

Apply ghee on roti. roast both sides and enjoy with chutney.
