Ingredients

  1. 3large eggs
  2. 160 gramscastor sugar
  3. 160 gramsself raising flour
  4. Use 1/2 tsp baking powder if using all purpose flour
  5. 150 gramsunsalted butter
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. Orange zest and orange juice of one big orange

Steps

    Weigh all your ingredients.... Bring them to room temperature if need be

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

  3. 3

    I mixed up everyone in my bowl, whisked till well blended

  4. 4

    Grease your pan and pour in your batter...grate some orange zest on top

    YiBake for 35 minutes or till ready
