Clean and chop the vegetables.

In a sufuria, heat oil and onions until slightly browned.

Add the chicken cube and garlic powder. Stir and add in the ndengu. Salt to taste. Add little water so it doesn't burn. Let it simmer for about 4 minutes.

Add a little more water if you need the broth. Serve with rice or chapati.
