Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6hard boiled eggs
  2. 1 cupblended tomatoes
  3. 1/2blended pilipili Hoho
  4. 1 bunchDhania
  5. PinchBlack pepper powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric
  8. 1big onion chopped
  9. 1 tbspcrushed garlic and ginger
  10. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  11. Bell peppers (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Shell the eggs and slice into two. Fry the onions and garlic and ginger until browned...add in the tomatoes, hoho puree, the Dania also and cook over low heat to avoid sticking.

  2. 2

    Add 2 tbsp of water and continue cooking over low Heat. Add the eggs and spices into the now thick paste and add some 1/2 cup water..simmer for 10 minutes..serve hot with rice, spaghetti or ugali.
