  • 250 gmcarrots
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tbsghee
  • 100grm sugar
  • Mix dry fruits optional
  • 4/5cardamom powder

    Peel off the carrots and grated them well

  2. 2

    Now add ghee cook them,

  3. 3

    Add sugar cook them till sugar syrup evaporated

  4. 4

    Add cardamom powder mix dry fruits allow to cool down.enjoy
