Heat oil in a pan

Add hing,dana methi, sauf and kalunji and roast for few seconds

Cook for 2 minutes and mix all masala well

Add jaggery and let it melt and add all dry ingredients except chat masala

Add amrood and cook for another 1 minute, add chat masala.

Launji is healthy and tasty
