Ingredients

  • 140 gself raising flour
  • 35 gcocoa powder
  • 175 gcaster sugar
  • 175 gbutter
  • 3eggs
  • baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients togther

  2. 2

    Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy

  3. 3

    Whisk in the eggs one by one

  4. 4

    Fold in the flour and baking powder

  5. 5

    Grease 2 cake tins and divide mix into both tins

  6. 6

    Bake on 170°C till golden brown
